A color is ένα χρώμα. Colors are called Χρώματα.
Some useful ones:
Κόκκινο Πορτοκαλί Κίτρινο Πράσινο Γαλάζιο Μπλε Ροζ Μοβ
Μαύρο (White is Λευκό)
All these colors are written in the neutral form. This form is notably used to talk about a color. Eg. Το κίτρινο είναι ένα χρώμα
When they are adjectives, most of these colors have feminine, masculine and neutral forms. Example:
Η κόκκινη Παραλία (feminine) - The red Beach
Ο κόκκινος σκορπιός (masculine) - The red scorpion
Το κόκκινο αυτοκίνητο (neutral) - The red car
The color also takes the same case than the noun it qualifies (nominative in this example).
